Thai Chicken Curry Burrito
Ingredients
1 Mission 10 inch Multigrain Tortilla
45g Brie cheese, rind removed
110g Basmati Rice, cooked
110g Red Thai Chicken (see recipe)
Instructions
1. Spread brie cheese evenly over entire wrap.
2. Place basmati rice in centre of wrap. Top with red Thai chicken curry, bring sides towards centre and tightly roll to close.
3. Place on lightly oiled flattop or griddle pan seam side down and toast both sides to a light golden brown.
4. Top with a garnish of Thai Basil if desired.
