Ingredients

  • 1 12 inch Mediterranean Herb Wrap
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Seasoning
  • 80g Plain Yoghurt
  • 140g Basmati Rice, cooked
  • 7 Lamb Kofta (see recipe)
  • 30g Goats Cheese
  • Mint, to garnish 

Instructions

 

1. Place wrap on work surface.

2. Whisk yoghurt and garam masala seasoning together in mixing bowl.

3. Spread 30g of spiced yogurt evenly over entire tortilla.

4. Place basmati rice in centre of wrap.

5. Top with lamb kofta and goats cheese. Bring sides towards centre and roll to close.

6. Brush outside of tortilla with oil and place on grill or sandwich press until lightly golden brown on all sides.

7. Serve with remaining yogurt and garnish with a sprig of mint.
