1 Mission® 10 inch Flour Tortilla
2 tablespoons Basil Pesto
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
¼ cup Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Butter
Instructions
1. Place tortilla on work surface. Spread the pesto on one half of the tortilla.
2. Place the cheese over the pesto.
3. Sprinkle with tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Fold tortilla in half.
4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat or on a griddle. Cook quesadilla until cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
5. Cut into quarters and serve immediately.
