Ingredients

  • 1 Mission® 8 inch Flour Tortilla
  • 30g Pizza Sauce
  • 2 slices Roast Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
  • 3 slices Pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice Provolone Cheese
  • 30g Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive Oil to brush
  • 20g Parmesan Cheese, grated 

Instructions

 

1. Heat Mission® Flour Tortilla and place on work surface.  Spread pizza sauce evenly over entire tortilla.

2. Place roast beef, salami, pepperoni and provolone cheese in centre of tortilla. Tightly roll to close “burrito style.” Brush outside of tortilla with olive oil and dust with parmesan cheese.

3. Place on preheated grill until tortilla and cheese are lightly golden brown, then place in 190°C oven for approximately 3-5 minutes to melt cheese fully on the inside.

4. Remove from oven and cut into fifths. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
