1.Preheat the oil up to 180 degree. Defrost the corn tortillas completely.
2.Put corn tortillas into the flat fryer and fry in oil for 1 minute until the oil is no longer bubbling.
3.Put the plain flour tortilla on Mission pentagon silicon sheet.
4.Add spicy sauce, beef strips, corn tortilla, tomato slices and lettuce in order on the tortilla. Spread some mayonnaise on the top.
5.Fold up the flour tortilla following the lines of the silicon sheet to get a perfect pentagon shape
6.Preheat the heat press to 80 degree. Place the beef pentagon on the press heating for 30 seconds to get a solid shape and nice golden color. Serve hot.
