Ingredients

  • 1 Mission® 6 inch Flour Tortilla
  • 1 leaf Red Leaf Lettuce, small
  • 140g Flank Steak, grilled, thinly sliced (across grain)
  • 2 teaspoons Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • ½ tablespoon Red Onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

 

1. Warm the Mission® tortilla. Lay lettuce leaf down centre of tortilla. Place steak on top of the lettuce, followed by blue cheese and onions.

2. Fold snacker by folding up bottom ¼ of tortilla to the centre, then folding each side over each other (to the centre) leaving the top end open. Serve.
